Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Australian Shipping 
  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $200 AUD  qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $200 AUD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.

We are unable to waive shipping fees on orders under this threshold.

  • Typically, we ship all orders via AusPost which contains a 2-6 business day shipping timeframe after processing.
  • Due to matters out of our control (such as weather disruptions), we may change carriers at our discretion, which may affect shipping time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become visible after shipment.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@cpapsupply.com.au with your full name and order number, and we will investigate promptly.

If your package appears to be delayed or missing, and a claim with the courier is required, please note the following:

  • We are unable to offer a re-shipment or refund until the courier’s investigation is completed and the package is officially confirmed as lost or undeliverable.
  • Courier investigations can take anywhere from 2 business days to 3 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue and the carrier’s processing time.
  • We will keep you updated throughout the process and work with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions

Some rural or remote areas may experience longer shipping times 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the product packaging and any damage to the product itself

We will assist you in initiating a claim or replacement process where applicable.
